Invitation to CHIC Public Session on September 1st 2016
What?
The CHIC project is funded by the European Commission under the 7th Framework Programme and aims at developing tools, services and infrastructures of multiscale cancer hypermodels. The project is very application oriented and is currently running several clinical trials with its models. The creation of such elaborate and refined hypermodels is expected to sharply accelerate the clinical translation of multiscale cancer models and oncosimulators following their prospective clinical validation (in silico oncology).
Who?
We, the CHIC consortium, cordially invite you to visit us at the public session of our plenary meeting. We will present our project including the most significant results and milestones we have achieved so far. There will be time for questions and scientific discussions on the topic.
Why me?
If you are into medical informatics and, like us, enjoy IT architecture or security mechanisms, you may not want to miss our public session. Meet us and learn more on our innovative project. We are looking forward to meeting many interested or like-minded scientists or other stakeholders.
Where?
The public session will be held at Cluster of Excellence of Saarland University, Building E1.7, room 0.01, in Saarbrücken.
When?
The session will be on Thursday, September 1st 2016, 11am.
What else?
Participation is free. After the session you are invited to join us for lunch in the foyer of the Cluster of Excellence.
