Join us at the VPH2014 Conference in Trondheim

The Virtual Physiological Human Conference 2014 (VPH2014) takes place from 9-12 September 2014. This time, the biennial event is hosted by the University of Trondheim in Norway. Aspects of the CHIC project will be presented in three of the ten workshops offered during the conference. Bernard de Bono from University College London organizes a workshop on “Interoperability infrastructures bridging molecular – to organ-level data and models”. Another workshop entitled “Model-guided medical device design and assessment” will be chaired by Prof. Marco Viceconti from the Insigneo Institute at the University of Sheffield. The third workshop focuses on “Multiscale modelling of cancer” and is organized by the CHIC coordinator Research Professor Dr. Georgios Stamatakos from the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems in Athens, Greece.

The deadline for abstract submission ends on 15 June 2014. Early registration (at a discounted conference fee) ends on 1 May 2014.
